Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist | $100,000 - $120,000 | North Brisbane


Are you looking to step into a Senior Occupational Therapist position working in a Paediatric clinic? Want a 9-day fortnight with flexibility to work from home?


If so, my client is organically growing from two to three offices based around North Lakes region and as such needs two experienced OTs to help manage and lead the team in each clinic.


One clinic is a large team of six OTs that will need supervision and mentoring, amongst a wider multi-disciplinary team of speechys, physios and dieticians dealing with children aged 0-17.


The other is a smaller team with three OTs and two speechys - a clinic which needs running alongside the Senior Speech Pathologist, dealing with children aged 0-9.


You will manage a caseload alongside mentoring responsibilities, with team size taken into consideration when delegating the split.


This is a clinic-based role with a non-traditional company that discourages burnout in clinicians and encourages collaboration with caregivers, so the participants are not in therapy forever.


You will need:

• 3+ years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Strong Paediatric caseload experience
• General APHRA registration
• Degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor or Masters)

You will get:

• 4 day clinic – alternating day of WFH then Rest Day Off
• 25% Bonus up to 3 hours extra of billables (capped to reduce burnout)
• $2,000 towards personal PD
